Who Is Mulia189? — The Story Behind Malaysia's Favourite Online Entertainment Platform

Mulia189 started with a simple but meaningful vision — to deliver a world-class online entertainment experience that truly understands the needs and lifestyle of Malaysian players. We never wanted to be a generic international platform indifferent to local context. We wanted to build something that feels like it was made for you — Malaysians — from day one.

Since launching, Mulia189 has grown into one of the most trusted names in Malaysia's online entertainment industry. From first-time players trying online slots to experienced regulars chasing big wins at the poker table or betting on the Malaysia Super League — everyone has a place at Mulia189. That diversity is what makes our community unique and keeps it growing.

Mulia189 was built on three core principles: uncompromising security, fair play for everyone, and customer service that genuinely cares. We believe players who feel valued will stay with us — and our track record proves that right. More than half of Mulia189's new members come through word-of-mouth referrals from existing players — and to us, that's the most meaningful recognition we could ask for.

Started Small, Grown Together with Our Community

Mulia189 didn't become what it is overnight. We grew steadily, by listening to player feedback, improving the platform based on real user experience, and adding new products when our community asked for them. The Sports section was added because many of our EPL and Malaysia Super League fans requested better football betting markets. The Cricket section came about as interest in the IPL continued to grow among younger Malaysian players. Poker was launched after months of research into what Malaysian players actually want from an online poker table.

Every product decision at Mulia189 comes from a deep understanding of our players — not from chasing international industry trends that may have no relevance to the Malaysian context. This is our approach, and it will remain our approach for as long as Mulia189 operates.

Mulia189's Mission, Vision & Core Values

The principles that guide every decision we make for Malaysian players

Our Mission

We believe every player deserves the best possible experience, free from any worry about the safety of their money or personal data.

To be Malaysia's number one online entertainment platform — the most trusted, most innovative, and most attuned to the needs of local players. Over the next five years, Mulia189 aims to be recognised as the industry benchmark for integrity, user experience, and social responsibility in online entertainment across Southeast Asia.

Our Core Values

Integrity in every action. Transparency in every communication. Continuous innovation in our products and technology. Responsibility to our players, our community, and the industry as a whole. And above all — genuine empathy for our players, because we know they trust us with their leisure time and hard-earned money.

Why Over 500,000 Malaysian Players Choose Mulia189

The key features that set Mulia189 apart from other platforms in the market

Widest Game Selection

Mulia189 offers over 500 games on a single platform — from classic slots and modern video slots, to Live Casino baccarat and blackjack, Texas Hold'em poker, EPL and Malaysia Super League Sports Betting, badminton, IPL cricket, virtual sports, and exclusive table games. No need to jump between platforms — everything is right here.

First-Class Mobile Platform

The Mulia189 app for iOS and Android was built from the ground up for a seamless mobile experience. Every feature is fully available in the app — from deposits via Touch 'n Go or GrabPay to live in-play betting while watching a football match. The clean interface loads fast and uses minimal data, making it reliable on any type of internet connection.

Fastest Withdrawals

Your winnings are processed in just 5 to 15 minutes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. We support all major Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay. No paperwork, no unnecessary delays, no hidden transaction fees — your winnings are yours to keep.

World-Class Security & Privacy

Player data security is Mulia189's top priority. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all transactions and personal information. We are fully compliant with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and never share your data with any third party without your consent. All games use independently certified RNG to guarantee absolute fairness.

Promotions & Bonuses Worth Your While

Mulia189 offers one of the most competitive bonus programmes in Malaysia — a Welcome Bonus of up to RM 500 for new members, weekly cashback, daily reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, a VIP programme with exclusive perks, and much more. Unlike some platforms that advertise big bonuses with near-impossible rollover requirements, Mulia189's bonus terms are fair and genuinely achievable for everyday players.

Bahasa Melayu Customer Support

The Mulia189 support team is made up of Malay-speaking individuals who understand the Malaysian cultural context. You can reach us via live chat, WhatsApp or email at any time. No generic bots that don't understand your issue — just real people who genuinely care about your experience with Mulia189.

Mulia189's Commitment to Malaysian Players

More than just promises — these are the standards we hold ourselves to every single day

Genuinely Fair Gaming

All games on Mulia189 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent international bodies. This means no manipulation, no excessive hidden house edge, and every player has an equal chance of winning. We publish the Return to Player (RTP) rate for every slot game so players can make informed decisions.

An Inclusive Community

Mulia189 welcomes all Malaysian players regardless of background, state, or experience level. Whether you're from Perlis or Sabah, a casual player or a serious one, a complete beginner or a seasoned veteran — you belong here. Our platform is fully available in Bahasa Melayu, ensuring no language barrier stands between any local player and their experience.

Continuous Improvement

Mulia189 is always evolving — a faster new platform, more exciting new games, more convenient new payment methods and stronger new security features. We actively listen to player feedback and use it as the primary guide for our product development roadmap.

Responsibility to Players

Mulia189 takes our responsibility for player well-being seriously. Our Responsible Gaming Programme provides tools to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and options for a temporary break or full self-exclusion.
